Web Mastering is a tech prep class that will instruct students to create web pages using HTML and task specific software. Students will publish web pages on the Internet. Digital cameras and scanners will be used in creating digital images for web pages. Digital Graphics is a computer based course that incorporates color theory, design elements, and design principals. The students will capture images by using a digital camera and scanner. Photo editing software and drawing software will be used to create designs and images. No Child Left Behind (federal law) requires that all students leaving the 8th grade be proficient in technology usage. This short assessment is one way to identify the level of proficiency of each student.
